Ingredients:
* 45 ml of vodka
* 15 ml of cointreau
* 1 lemon juice
* cranberry juice
Shake all the ingredients in a mixing glass with 7-8 ice cubes for about 30 seconds,till the outside
of the shaker starts to sweat. Pour through a strainer into a chilled Martini glass. Serve after
garnishing with a rose petal or a slice of lime.

Late Night Party Drinks

Life is full of stress. After five days of hard work, one need some relaxation in weekend and relaxation is incomplete without a cock-tail. Here are some suggestions:

* BLACK CURRENT: # Pink vodka + Crushed ice + Sugar syrup + Lemon chunk.

* MOJITO: # 30 ml of white rum + Soda water +Sugar syrup+Lemon chunks+Mint sprigs+1 lemon juice+ One rose petal ( for garnishing )

* OPERA EPIC: # Champaine + Litchi crush + Ice cube.

Enjoy the drinks with a) Kabab platter

PINKISH DELIGHT

Ingredients:

* Pink Vodka -30 ml

* Galliano - 15 ml

* Fresh lemon juice -4/5 drops

* Lime cordial - 15 ml

* Orange juice - 40 ml

* Basil - 6/8 leaves

* Strawberry crush - Half teaspoon

MIXOLOGY : Shake all the ingredients together except for the strawberry crush. Strain and
pour into a pre-chilled glass.Pour the strawberry crush. It will sink to the
bottom. Stir it. The colour will be light pink. Garnish with fresh strawberries
and the twirl of a lemon rind.
