Nicole Kidman, the Oscar winning actress of The Hours, came for an ad shoot to Udaipur. The ad flim produced bySir Ridttley Scott was directed by Shekher Kapur & also featured Arjun Rampal & Rubina, the little Latika from Slumdog Millionaire.
The Taj Lake Palace Udaipur played host to the stunning American-born Australian.
Nicole Kidman was staying at Shambhu Prakash, the presidential suite named after Maharana Shumbhu Singh. Other guests at the suite which is graced with high curved arches & exudes"amix of royal grandeur & European feel,"include
Bill Gates, Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt.

Shekhar Kapur hosted a meal at Neel Kamal, the Indian speciality resturent. Elegant crockery fromVersace & crystals complimented the rich up holstery. Kidman enjoyed the meal immensely. The menu included Baingan Achari,Padampuri Murg, Patthar Gosht, Vindi Masala, Varqi Paratha, Bajre Ki Roti. The Wine served was Puligny Montrachet.
Nicole promised to come back to the palace on a holiday with her husband(Keith Urban).
