Hollywood Films Doing Good Business in India; Hollywood Movies- Business in 2009

2009 is a smash hit year for the hollywood movies in India. In this year:
* 2012 - doing all time box office record with Rs 90 crores. It has bested the record set by Spiderman3 (68 crores, biggest hollywood grosser so far).
* Slamdog Millionaire (Rs 38 crores)
* Terminator Salvation (Rs 19 crores)
* X Men Origin: Wolverine ( Rs 14 crores)
* Angels and Demons ( Rs 12 crores)
* Ice Age3 ( Rs 9 crores)
* Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince and Fast and Furious have also done good business.
James Camaron's Avatar has hit the plexs and created a huge expections. Taste of Indian citizens are changing . In stead of devouring just action or spectacle films, they are opening up to a variety of English films. In 2010, there are a no. of releases waiting namely Iron Man2, Shrek4, Toy Story3 and Clash of the Titans. Cearly, the English movie fans are in for a bounty!
